Two simple ways to refer clients

You can refer clients to Zenplans in the way that best fits your firm’s existing process.

1. Refer clients via a secure form

Submit your client’s details through a simple referral form. We’ll take care of the rest by inviting them to access their Digital Vault and set up their estate information.

This is ideal if you want a structured, hands-off referral process built into your workflow.

2. Share a referral link or client information sheet

You can also refer clients at the point of will completion by sharing a referral link or downloadable information sheet.

This can be used:

  • after will registration
  • alongside the Will Registration Certificate
  • as part of your standard completion process

Clients can then access Zenplans directly and begin organising their estate information independently.
