The National Will Register partners with Arken Legal for seamless will registration

The National Will Register is excited to announce a partnership with Arken Legal as it continues its mission to ensure wills are not left unknown or untraced at the time they are needed.

The strategic partnership involves an integration of The National Will Register’s will registration processes into the Arken Professional platform, allowing users building their wills through the solution the option to register the will at the click of a button.

This not only speeds up the process of will registration and making it an intuitive and seamless part of the will writing process but also makes it easier to conduct will writing best practice and reassures testators that their will can be found and acted upon when it is needed.

Chris Dallender, Product Manager at The National Will Register comments:

“Our mission at The National Will Register is to ensure that no will is left unknown or untraced when it is needed. This partnership with a trusted and innovative will-writing platform in Arken Legal allows for us to get closer to realising that goal while also empowering legal professionals to register their Wills efficiently and effectively.

“Ultimately this helps safeguard the wishes of more testators and provide clarity to more executors and families, reducing the risk of probate disputes.”

As leading software providers in the wills and probate space, it was important to both The National Will Register and Arken Legal that any collaboration was with the intent to make will drafting easier and more in line with best practice, while providing benefit to both legal professionals and testators alike.

On this, Arken Legal CEO, David Newick said:

“Arken Legal’s market leading product suite reduces administrative overheads, drives efficiencies, and improves profitability. Our new partnership with The National Will Register expands Arken Professionals connections to post-death operations and creates an eco-system which connects our clients to all the solutions they truly need, making their job easier and improving the customer experience for the end consumer.
