Our 2024 National Wills Report found that 53% of people in the UK haven’t spoken to anyone about their wishes with regards to their passing. Writing and updating a will is vitally important to make sure that an estate isn’t contested and that loved ones remain protected. Once written it is imperative that the most recent will can then be found. That’s where we come in.

Registering a will with us is secure and confidential. Only the location of a will is linked to the testator and disclosure of that is only granted by the holder of the will, usually a solicitor or will writer, upon the completion of identity checks and presentation of a death certificate.
