Through the partnership both solicitors and individuals requesting a will search via The National Will Register will gain direct access to a range of online probate-related insurance solutions from Insuristic.
We have actively promoted The National Will Register to our clients since launching Insuristic in 2022. They provide the only Will Search we consider robust enough to support our Insurance and Risk Management proposition. Making our online insurance products available directly to National Will Register clients is a natural next step, helping clients and their solicitors quickly arrange insurance protection in just a couple of minutes.
Under the partnership, The National Will Register’s clients will have access to:

- Unoccupied Home Insurance (e.g. owner in care, pending sale or between tenants)

By embedding Insuristic’s risk-management guidance directly into will search guidance, the partnership provides practical support for both solicitors and individuals who may be unfamiliar with probate-related duties or liabilities. Earlier visibility of potential risks helps executors make informed decisions and supports the advice given by legal professionals.
