You can build it up at your own pace, maintain it as life changes, and share it with trusted contacts so they have everything they need if you lose capacity or pass away.

Today, important information is spread across online accounts, emails and paper documents. When someone passes away or loses capacity, loved ones can spend months tracking everything down. Paper records get lost and spreadsheets are hard to keep updated and share. A Digital Vault keeps everything in one secure, organised place so the right people can find what they need, when they need it.

Your Digital Vault covers more than 50 topics across five areas: Assets, Debts, Daily Life, Digital Life and Wishes. It guides you through each one at your own pace, with helpful reminders to keep everything up to date as life changes.

You can invite important contacts such as your family members, executors, solicitor or other advisers to access your vault. You choose exactly what each person can see and when, and you can update or change access at any time. Access can be immediate or scheduled for the future, such as if you lose capacity or pass away.

The vault is built from the ground up with security as its priority. Your data is protected with best-in-class measures including encryption and two-factor authentication, with regular independent security testing to ensure standards remain at the cutting edge. Only you and the people you choose to share your vault with can access what’s inside.

A Digital Vault costs £60 per year, just £5 a month for the peace of mind that everything is in order for you and your loved ones.
