•Bonnetts Solicitors, established in 1929, became a Founder member of Certainty the National Will Register in 2009
•The Will was dated December 2012
•Bonnetts contact executor to verify and validate the entitlement of the searcher
•Executor instructs Bonnetts to carry out the probate

Graeme Black, Director and Head of the Probate Department at Bonnetts comments: “Having inherited a Will Bank from a firm which had closed down, we recognised the need to ensure that these Wills can be found in order to increase the chances of receiving future probate work. The daughter of the deceased and the Executor who were unable to find the Will, fortunately found Certainty and conducted a Will Search. Thanks to Certainty, we were notified of a match with The National Will Register and received the valuable probate work.”

The search used for this case was a Combined Will Search at £90.00 + VAT.
